1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the unique user account created by a Player to access eviv2 services, secured by username and password credentials.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings, minus any withdrawals and wagered amounts.
• "Gaming Services" refers to all online gambling products offered by eviv2, including but not limited to sports betting (bandar bola, football wagering, live in-play betting), casino games (slots, live dealer tables, baccarat, roulette, blackjack), lottery services (togel draws from Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau markets), and other games of chance or skill.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Players to submit valid Indonesian identification documents (KTP) and proof of address to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must bet bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" refers to the eviv2 website accessible at https://eviv2.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use eviv2 Gaming Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. eviv2 strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identity document (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP). Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law may not register or use our services.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by eviv2 or any other gambling operator, nor have been previously banned from our Platform due to Terms violations.

2.2 Account Registration Process

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create a strong, unique password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account.
• Complete the mandatory KYC verification process by uploading a clear photograph of your Indonesian KTP (both front and back) and a recent selfie for identity confirmation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be suspended.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with eviv2. Creating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including deposits, bonuses, and winnings), and permanent exclusion from the Platform. eviv2 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts based on personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and behavioral patterns.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eviv2 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by Account tier and payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Balance within 2 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Western Indonesia Time / WIB).

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Players may request withdrawals of funds in their Account Balance subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000.
• All withdrawals must be made to an Indonesian bank account registered in the Player's legal name matching their KYC documentation. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 4 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.
• eviv2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15-30 minutes during business hours (09:00-23:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
• eviv2 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

eviv2 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All Players must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before requesting a withdrawal. Suspicious deposit and withdrawal patterns (e.g., frequent large deposits with minimal wagering, rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles) will trigger enhanced due diligence reviews and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

eviv2 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday gifts, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements detailed in the promotional materials. General conditions include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only. Professional bonus hunters and players engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms will have bonuses revoked and Accounts suspended.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x to 30x) before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute 10-20%. Sports betting contributions vary by odds range.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (usually 30 days from bonus issuance). Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting customer support. Once declined, bonuses cannot be retroactively activated.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players are eligible for a first-deposit bonus of 100% up to Rp 5.000.000 upon completing their initial deposit. This bonus is subject to a 20x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: A Player deposits Rp 1.000.000 and receives a Rp 1.000.000 bonus. Total wagering requirement = (Rp 1.000.000 + Rp 1.000.000) × 20 = Rp 40.000.000. Only after wagering Rp 40.000.000 in eligible games can the Player withdraw winnings derived from the bonus.

4.3 Abuse and Forfeiture

eviv2 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other Players to guarantee profits, exploiting software errors or game malfunctions, and engaging in opposite bets on the same event to meet wagering requirements without risk.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All Players must engage in fair and honest gaming practices. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting Errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, incorrect odds, or game malfunctions. Any winnings from such exploits will be voided.
• Fraudulent Behavior: Using stolen payment methods, falsifying identity documents, or laundering money through the Platform.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the Account holder.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward other Players or customer support staff will result in immediate Account suspension.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports wagering (including football bandar bola on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues), the following rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. eviv2 will not cancel or modify bets except in cases of obvious technical errors (e.g., odds displayed incorrectly due to a system glitch).
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
• Live in-play betting is offered with a slight delay to ensure fairness. Bets placed after a goal is scored or during a temporary suspension of play may be voided.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip and per day, varying by sport and competition. Consult the sportsbook for specific limits.

5.3 Casino and Togel Rules

For casino games (slots, live dealer) and togel (lottery) services:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures audited by independent third parties.
• Togel results are based on official draw results from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Pools, and Macau lottery authorities. Draw times are published in advance and follow Western Indonesia Time (WIB).
• Maximum win limits may apply to jackpot slots and progressive games as specified in the game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the eviv2 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of eviv2 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from eviv2.

The eviv2 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eviv2 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, server downtime, or data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, or cyber attacks.
• Third-party actions, including payment processor delays, bank transfer errors, or the conduct of other Players.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with eviv2 services is to stop using the Platform and close your Account. In no event shall eviv2's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits made to your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eviv2 holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of eviv2 services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English, with the arbitration seated in a neutral jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by the parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against eviv2. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact eviv2 customer support to attempt informal resolution of the dispute. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our support channels.
